Greg and his colleagues have been helping leadership teams deepen their alignment, cohesion, and connections in order to drive greater trust, collaboration, communication and ultimately organizational performance. Greg’s team uses a proprietary approach to help the team best understand what the leading practices and characteristics of high performing teams are and how their current patterns of interaction, communication and information sharing may be preventing them from possessing and achieving the leading practices. 


Great team cultures support the highest levels of individual and collective motivation and in turn drive and sustain high performance and engagement. Team greatness is facilitated by creating norms that support strong, trusting and reinforcing relationships and Greg and his colleagues have worked with hundreds of leadership teams to create these norms and then support them in embracing and living these norms.
